in optimum ways. Occupational safety is essential in this respect.
If the ladle lining contains moisture, this is an unpredictable
safety hazard when it is fi lled with molten metal.
At the same time the service life of the ladle lining is reduced,
if drying and preheating are not performed as prescribed by
the manufacturer.
